The protective cover is biodegradable.
Honda did the same thing back in early 2010’s. They have Honda branded spicy tape now.
There is a reason for this.
Heat rises, the air it pulls in is ground level.
As air gets pulled it creates higher pressure.
You prevent air from moving.
The air in-between you and the fire is lower pressure.
The smoke gets pushed to the lower air pressure.
I strongly dislike how many times I’ve stripped a Phillips and used a die grinder to force it to become a flat. Torx is fine.
I guess often is pulling weight. They had trans bond girls back in the 90’s
