How are you at all surprised by these permissions? It’s the fucking Facebook app.
Also why is this posted on Firefox? It’s the duckduckgo app…
Come on people…
Edit: I didn’t know Mull was a Firefox fork. I apologize.

You can specify where you want the temp download folder to be fyi. It’s in the normal settings. Just make a folder in like C:/firefox temp files and have it dump all that shit in there.
It’s just typical sensationalized bullshit with people jumping to conclusions based off random ass Reddit threads. This apparently originated from the linus tech tips forums so it’s probably straight bs.
Well this rumor came from the linus tech tips forums so just by that I assume it’s sensationalized bullshit.
Have you tried simply disabling pocket?
Most google phones get security updates for 4 or 5 years. If you’re dumping phones after 2 years then you must like to spend unesessary amounts of money.
Got it. Yea I’ve looked at the arkenfox project before. In my opinion it seems like overkill for that extra like 2% of privacy lol. I feel like a reasonably hardened Firefox with ublock origin will get you 98% of the way there. And anything else is just trying to get that last little bit of privacy.
ClearURLs is not really needed anymore since you can enable AdGuard URL Tracking Protection and import Actually Legitimate URL Shortener Tool to uBlock Origin.
I noticed that using the built in ublock origin lists did not shorten every URL. I had to also use clearURLs. Is this fixed by adding the legitimate url shortener list? Does that capture everything?
Unfortunately this is 100% an issue with your system and not Firefox.
Edit: sorry if that reply wasn’t helpful. Just calling it out to prevent the inevitable comments blaming Firefox itself lol.
Windows sucks but that article was click bait bullshit and was due to the laptop manufacturer bloat ware.
I did not know that. Thank you for correcting me.
