Oh good to know, I’ll keep an eye out for that! Or something like it at least!
It’s the sense of loss, an item you enjoy that’s survived all this time. I’ve been there, I’m sorry that happened, so we all learn, what’s a better cleaning agent for CDs? I’d probably try the type of Windex with vinegar in it, but now I’m questioning that!
Oof, very sorry to hear that! What CD was it?

How many PTO days do European’s get a year? I’d like to compare to where I’m at after starting a new job here in the US (US native).
The author of the article mentions they use kagi.com due to it de-prioritizing corporate results when searching. That sounds wonderful, google straight up doesn’t work any more, most searches are choked with fake review sites.

This is something I’d expect to see in a near future sci-fi movie, not real life.
Great to hear! Always nice to see news about something that’s pretty easy to do having a helpful effect.
I thought that feature was related to the expensive for pay Copilot feature? The recall feature listed a huge amount of space required for it to work, something like 275 GB, SSD. There is no way that’ll just be a baked in feature in normal home Windows. Am I wrong Lemmy? To be clear, that feature can F right off.
