Forever in the closet. This time, though, I only am going to have an account where I am myself.
I prefer to call it gay with benefits. 🤭
Is lemmy.ml a tankie instance? I honestly missed this.
The way I see it, it looks like it can’t write the files because it can’t fetch them from the network. Without a lot dump I may very well be wrong, though.
That looks like a network issue.
You can use the text field to drop an image link.
Is there a specific reason to mount the lun directly opposed to creating a virtual disk? Performance, maybe?
You can easily get 1TB USB sticks.
It depends on what you need to upgrade/do. I usually upgrade stuff, but at the same time I also have templates in case I quickly need to spin up something new.
If that’s the case, I seed the new instance whatever conf files are needed and I am up and running quickly. Consider that in my work environment we rarely use containers (more of a philosophy at this point than a real reason, since we also have a relatively big K8s cluster for big data).
Linux sysadmin here, for the past 25 years.
I use Lidarr on one of my servers to automate downloads/tagging/placement of music on my NAS, so I don’t honestly know. Sorry! 😔
I don’t know any of the software you mentioned, but looking at a screnshot from Puddletag I would assume you first need to mount your share.
Incidentally, how are ultrawides for having two or three windows open side-by-side at the same time?
Awesome. For work (even if I am a Linux system engineer) I need to use W11 due to corporate policy. I have two 34" in landscape and a 27" in portrait. I split the screens with FancyZones.
Time for my bad drawing skills, lol.
In order:
Depends on the games. My 980TI can still rock 3440x1440 in most of the games I play.
The fact that what I play is mostly metroidvania shouldn’t be an issue, right? 😅
That looks great.
yiffOS? I’m pretty terrified to Google it, lol.
A dead badger.
🤣
I know, that’s why I wrote external peripherals and not external inputs. I don’t want to sound cocky or be an asshole (we all know how easy it is by just reading a message someone you don’t know wrote), but after 24 years of being in system administration/engineering/architecture I may have sufficient grasp of what I am talking about. 😅
I would guess by plugging external peripherals to the motherboard.
Definitely more successful than Andy’s.
