MongoDB has been removed from the official repositories due to its re-licensing issues [1].
Install one of the following for the latest version available:
- mongodbAUR - builds from source.
- mongodb-binAUR - prebuilt MongoDB binary extracted from official MongoDB Ubuntu repository packages. Compilation options used are unknown.
Alternatively, there are older versions of MongoDB available:
- mongodb50AUR, mongodb50-binAUR
- mongodb44AUR, mongodb44-binAUR
- mongodb42-binAUR
- mongodb40-binAUR
- mongodb36-binAUR
- mongodb34-binAUR
- mongodb32-binAUR

But then it crashes, apparently because lemmy.ml is on 0.18.0.
But that’s caused by the centralization of users and communities the few big instances that allow anyone to create communities. If communities were more spread out between smaller, more specialized instances, an issue with any one instance wouldn’t affect communities on other instances.
Then maybe 10-20 communities?
Anything besides manually checking each post/comment and defederating an entire instance would help.
