I don’t think Haveno is going to end up on Cloudflare.
You know, I’m honestly not sure. I re-read my comment, and I can’t figure out where my brain was going while I was writing that comment. I know I had a reason for it, but I couldn’t tell you what it was at this point.
Then they fight you…
The Streisand effect is a real thing. The more they push this narrative, the people who actually think will start to wonder why they are pushing this narrative so hard and take an actual look at the thing.
Take those scammers for instance. They purposely use bad English and things like that in order to single out people at risk because anybody who knows better will not fall for it and those who do are the victims they actually want.
The more they mention Monero, the better it is for us and the worse it ends up for them.
I would avoid because we are unsure of their status as to whether they are still active or have tried to exit scam. Haveno is your best option.
Edit: if you have no Monero at all use trocador.app to convert a small bit of BTC to at least 0.11 XMR using an instant exchange. Once done then use Haveno.
I mean, the tor proof of work mechanism is open source, so theoretically it could be adopted on the clear net with some modification
Just take the main website down and use the onion since it has proof of work, DDoS protection, thanks to Tor.
Well, I agree with at least one of his points. You don’t sell Monero.
You know what they say about too good to be true, right?
I heard about it but never used it.
That was just a person on dread spreading fud. I saw another post later that did a breakdown of everything that was changed in the code and there was no problems.
Not your keys, not your crypto. Why this person was stupid enough to leave that much money on an exchange is beyond me. An exchange is like a public toilet. You get in, do your business and get the fuck out. You don’t hang around in a public toilet. People like this unfortunately have to learn lessons the hard way.
Really and truthfully there’s nothing you can do. If he’s right then that’s good for him and if he’s wrong then you should definitely not say I told you so even though you would be justified in doing so.
I’ve never personally had a problem with it, but yeah, that’s how they do it.
I use coinsbee.com for GCs with Monero
Oh, so did I when fees were reasonable. I used to use Gyft all the time to obtain Starbucks, groceries, etc. Now that is totally unthinkable. Bitcoin for that use case is dead.
Lol. True
So true!
I wonder if I can mine Monero with it.
I loved that right up. I would totally want something like this. However, I don’t do anything that would require insurance for the scenario that was laid out in this onion link, but I would like a cypherpunk car insurance or house insurance or something.
